The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Warriors Table

From the very beginning of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with deep backstory, a diverse cast of heroes, and a exciting storyline including divine entities, demons, and malevolent powers expanding in strength within Dol-Makjar.

Warning: Revealing details for the third episode of this adventure follow below.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

The latest chapter concluded with a huge suspense moment and revealed the premier party of heroes who will branch out from the main group to undertake their independent quest, separate from the other two tables.

The Soldiers table includes Teor Pridesire (played by the voice actor), the agile character (Laura Bailey), Tyranny (the cast member), Wicander Halovar (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

The Reason for Division

With a large ensemble, it was obvious from the outset that having everyone at the same party would be impossible.

This explains, the opening chapters of this story serve as an Prelude, connecting the characters’ stories before dividing into three smaller tables: Warriors, Planners, and Seekers.

The Nature of the Combat Party

Per the DM, the combat-focused party is for players who are drawn to a typically action-packed fight-heavy gameplay experience where non-violent answers are rare.

Upon first impression, figures such as the squeamish cleric the cleric might seem out of place, but the events of the third episode make it clear why these specific adventurers are ideally matched for the Soldiers table.

Why They Must Go

To begin with, the party has a clear idea where to proceed after a brutal initial meeting with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of the deceased character—whose death initiated the story’s plot—used the foes for his own means, breaking into Thjazi’s hideout, assaulting the character, and taking all the enchanted items to sell off.

The traitor then settled his debts and escaped to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, beyond the urban center, with Cyd Pridesire pursuing him.

Personal Motivations

Additionally, each member has a specific drive to leave the city the urban setting:

  • The agile hero, as the close ally and closest confidant, seeks revenge.
  • Kattigan knows the northern area and warns that it is a nasty location.
  • Tyranny and Wicander, having disobeyed his house’s orders to kill the fighter and instead freed him, have nowhere else to go.
  • However, their reputation as key figures in the powerful family could help the team reach places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Additionally, The grateful character swore a life debt to Wicander for his rescue and will now go with him everywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

Lastly, all of them are wanted by the powers that control Dol-Makjar for a range of causes, making remaining behind too risky:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are notorious outlaws.
  • The strong figure and The cleric betrayed the influential house and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • Teor is wanted dead by the family.

This means them no alternative but to journey toward the northern region in quest for the traitor.

Future Episodes

According to the latest episode’s Cooldown, we find out that the combat party will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the other eight participants to round up the Questers and Planners groups.

Audiences can expect learning which players will be in which group in Campaign 4’s final introductory chapter, streaming live on October 24.
